Filing bankruptcy is a scary and embarrassing situation; however everyone at Mark Miller Law offices made my husband and I fill comfortable! They understood that we are good people and just having unforeseen financial issues. We were able to purchase a brand new home 2 years after our BK was discharged and able to purchase a brand new luxury vehicle at a low single digit interest rate! This bankruptcy has allowed our family a fresh start and no more scary trips to the mailbox or harassing phone calls because we are now debt free!"" more

Medical Bills eliminated through BK 8/2/2008

When I was buried under crushing debt due to my former wife's hospital and medical bills in 2001 the only option was to file for a BK. When a woman I trusted recommended Mark Miller I was hesitant, my wife resistant. \r \r Once the process was underway the staff guided us through the process. I have nothing but praise for Mark. I have since directed more people to his law firm for assistance.\r \r Good Service, understanding staff - but the fees are steep; the results absolute. It was a shock to my system, but the weight was lifted from our shoulders. I highly recommend his services. Give him a call. more

Reasonable cost for attorney fees 2/13/2008

I highly recommend the law offices of Mark Miller. The staff has always been very helpful. I received good advice and counsel and I could always talk with someone even when I didn't make an appointment. They spelled out a payment plan for their services that I could manage and the cost was more reasonable than a few other attorneys I had talked with for the same legal work. more
