I was very frightened going into the court appearance, and I always thought I looked very guilty. The coaching Mark Eiglarsh did to prepare me to give testimony had an obvious impact on the jury. We were able to convince them of my innocence, and that seemed nearly impossible when we first started working together. more

The Best Lawyer In Florida 7/22/2012

When I received my first DUI I was pretty close to losing it. I’d heard that my license could be taken away and that would pretty much destroy my life. The people at Mark Eiglarsh’s firm understood and told me that the courts would likely be lenient for a 1st-timer like me and proved it by getting my charge dropped to nothing but a small fine. more

After a rather intense fight between me and my wife, I was facing falsified charges of assault. The criminal lawyer that the law offices of Mark Eiglarsh sent to me was very sympathetic and professional. He managed to poke so many holes in my wife’s story that I walked off scot-free from what could have easily resulted in jail time. more

I recommend Law Offices of Mark Eiglarsh to anyone looking for a criminal defense lawyer in Miami, FL. I was looking at long jail time for a second offense, but my lawyer negotiated a plea bargain that saved me. I didn’t think I had a chance, but they gave me one. more
