Unfortunately I am writing this review and I am in the airport being deported. I am a divorced mother and i am in tears. I have my 2 years old child with me and I am trying to explain to her that the reason we are here is not my fault. 5 Months ago i came to the U.S and was trying to find a lawyer to help me with my Green card. I saw several lawyers but as a woman i wanted a woman lawyer. I felt comfortable with Kate since she was a woman. I hired her for services and she said your visa will be ok. 2 weeks aho we got a reply from immigration and the answer was a NO ! The reason was for incomplete paperwork ! Now I am forced to leave the country and I wasted my money on an incompitent lawyer. Please take my advice as a MOTHER and do not go to her. After the rejection letter she never picked up our call and I am not that well off so for me to loose all this money was a big toll on me and my daughter. more

Let me start by saying Kate is literally the worst layer know to the human race. A family member of mine used Kate for visa services. Her staff are friendly however her paralegal ( Bella ) and Kate herself are useless excuses of a lawyer. There is areason why she is cheap. If you want good service believe me and trust me go somewhere else. She never ever gave us the time after we paid. Before we paid she sat with us 3 times but after that forget about it. Even when we called she never had our file In front of her. Our visa was denied and according to the embassy it is because our file was incomplete. She does the bare minimum required and even her bare minimum is very sloppy. Do not pay her 1 cent andDO NOT BE IMPRESSED WITH THE PICTURE OF CELEBS. They are just pictures and does not represent her work. Eventually we used another immigration lawyer and when we mentioned her name, our lawyer said she does have a bad reputation and she maybe DISBARED soon. more
