In 2009 I was rear-ended in an auto accident by a driver who wasn't paying attention to the road & hit me at high speed. When I hired my first ttorney they quit because the insurance company was offering a low amount. I then hired Ben Abbott & his team to take my case to court & fight for me. Finally in July of this year, my case was settled with a jury verdict in my favor. Thanks Ben Abbott & staff, they never quit on my case like my previous attorney did. more

I was walking on the sidewalk in my apartments and I fell because the sidwalk was broken I injuired my leg and in just 5 months ben abbott settled my case putting extra money in my pocket thanks ben abbott and office.. more

I was hit by a truck while driving home on my motorcycle and no one would help me..I lost days from my work my motorcycle was damaged I was hurt but when I thought there was no help for me my friend recommened ben abbott and as soon as I called him someone came to my house and started my case and in just a year my case was settled with all medical bills paid and money in my hand more

Best Lawyer Around 11/16/2011

I was passenger in my friends car when an 18 wheeler hit us. We hired another attorney before we hired Ben Abbott. Our first attorney worked our case for 8 months and we had no answers or help. I hired Ben Abbott & in 10months my case was settled. He is the best around dont look any where else. more

A Lawyer who cares! 10/28/2011

I was hurt when I slipped & fell at the mall. The staff there wouldnt even help me or give me any info on who to contact. I found Ben Abbott on the internet & hired them. They fought for me against the insurance company & the mall that denied I even fell. In a year & half my case was settled & they won for me. I couldnt have been happier. more

Great Help!! 10/25/2011

We were all in a car accident and theyre office helped me and my familyy. A rep from their office went to my houseand signed all of us up and my truck was fixed ASAP and didnt have to deal with no running around with the dealership or the rental company. As for my the doctor they sent me too they advised me to go to started the next day and my case was setted fast! Thanks for the great help and any one that needs his help go ahead and call their office. more

After a motorcycle accident I needed a lawyer. I looked on internet and found the Law offices of Ben Abbott. I hired them and they worked out a settlement before my case had to go to trial. They wanted to take the case to trial. I wanted to avoid trial. The settlement is enough to pay my medical bills, my fees, and put enough in the bank for any future medical costs. I am using some of the settlement for school. I highly recommend them. I depended on them and they helped me. more

Without Ben and his team I would have been in big financial trouble after an accident for which I was not responsible. Ben went well beyond what most lawyers do to support their customers, and he did not hesitate a second to provide additional help and advice even though the case had been closed months earlier.
