I have gone through a child custody case with my husband to get custody of my two step sons and Melissa went through hell and back just to make sure they was given to us because the mother was not properly caring for them and was abusing them. She is a fantastic lawyer and I plan on going with her again for her to handle domestic relations so my husband don't have to pay for someone else being on welfare and keep popping out kids. She is up front and honest and will tell ya like it is and doesn't beat around the bush and that's what we like. She doesn't lie and doesn't tell others to lie as well. Just because u didn't get what u wanted or was put in ur place doesn't make her a bad lawyer. She comes highly recommended from me and my husband. Melissa u rock!!! more

I have gone through a very painful divorce. Melissa was there for me every step of the way, going above and beyond the call of duty by showing true empathy for what I was going through. She represented me with excellence as I was also falsely accused of abusing my children and had to get Children, Youth and Families to give testimony to the fact that there were no signs of this whatsoever. Melissa has gone to bat for me over and over again. And, honestly, I don't how anyone could ever bad-mouth this lawyer. She's truly outstanding!!! more

This is one women I met not that I wanted to had no choice but she is so rude, stuck up, and has an attitude towards people that she needs to change. Being a lawyer is one thing but to treat people the way she does sucks. She's also money hungry. She'll get blood from a rock when no one else can. She doesn't care about anyone but herself and MONEY. She's not my Lawyer THANK GOD but I've met her don't like her. She has no respect for anyone. From what I know she treats people like dirt. She is one lawyer that should give up her perfession become an author and write a book on I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANYONE EXCEPT ME, ME AND MONEY more

What can I say about Melissa Rudas? She is a liar and advises her clients BREAK THE LAW rather than adhere to it. Yes she probably is highly rated by child abusers and pedophiles based on the unethical practice of law she is noted for. She is noted for perpetrating lies to the court and the PA. Bar Association. She will not refrain from willfully slandering innocent individuals while perpetrating her and her client's lies before any court or magistrate. She has no regard for the children and it can be noted that she will cover up child abuse and condone it to continue at the hands of her clients. I am aware of one incident where a child was to young and unable to speak of the neglect and abuse at the hands of his father, his ex-wife and her mentally disturbed boyfriend. She fought for her client (one of the abusers) to have custody even-though she was aware that abuse and neglect was occurring within the home. Her only interest is the money you are willing to shell out to enhance her egotistical lifestyle. Yes she is one of those money hungry lawyers who gives the profession a bad name. I am in possession of proof to include Police Records where her own clients states she told him to break the law. I have no problem providing proof to substantiate everything I have stated within this post. If there ever was a lawyer who should be disbarred, it's Melissa P. Rudas more
