Mr weinberg was dependable, reasonable priced, and handle my case with integrity. I had a felony charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, misdermenor of possession of parafania, and child endangerment. I am 36yrs old and have never had any legal problems in my life. The child endangerment charges were dropped in my case, and Mr weinburg got me into a pretrail diversion program through the DA's office in which I can have my record clean agian. Mr Weinberg put me at ease. He drove a very long distance to meet me at court. And checked in with me the day before court, which I am very grateful for because I did not know I had to go to court and if not for him, I would have missed court unintentionally and had a warrent served for me. Mr Weinberg was very non judgemental and honest with me. I would highly recommend using his services. more

Can't be Beat 3/21/2011

I ran in to a little problem with dui a while back, and they were able to get all the facts and found out that the officer had not followed procedures right and won a total victory. Thank you. I suggest you go there if you need legal help. more

Very Good Results 3/8/2011

Consummate Professional 12/19/2010

As the date for my reinstatement of eligibility for driving priveleges approaches, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Weinberg for making it possible. In preparation of writing this, I read the other reviews. I can tell you that from my viewpoint, they describe him to the letter. I found words like ""engaged"", ""expertise"", ""passionate"", ""intelligent"", and ""aggressive"". I can tell you from personal experience that he is all of this and more. I would like to add ""patient"", ""compassionate"", ""reliable"", and most importantly, ""effective"" to this list. He knows what he is doing in the courtroom, and has been directly responsible for saving me thousands of dollars in potential fines and other expense. more

Attorney Weinberg provides competent and aggressive represen 12/17/2010

I initially met Atty. Weinberg some three years ago when a family member retained him to represent a loved one. Since that time he has sucessfully had two class A felonies dismissed. We have found Atty. Weinberg to be a zealous advocate in court and compassionate when dealing with the accused's family. As one who works in the legal field his attention to detail is second to none. more

Not my first rodeo... 12/16/2010

I have used many attorneys for many criminal matters and I have to say Martin is the type of attorney that gets the job done. His work ethic and overall attention to detail make you feel like he really cares and isn't out to just make a buck. He definitely makes you feel comfortable as well... In Birmingham I wouldn't use any other attorney for criminal matters. His DUI defense is second to none and for traffic tickets he's the man! Thanks Martin. more
