David Breston and his staff are friendly, professional and detail-oriented. This attorney and his staff handled my immigration case with care and proficiency. If there was anything that I did not understand, he and his staff were there to assist me in person, over the phone or via email. Very easy to reach at any time of day (and night... I had to email one of his staff a quick question at 10pm at night and got a reply half an hour later!). I highly recommend this firm. more

I met Mr. Breston and agreed to hire him for a criminal background case. I called the office and paid with a credit card. Then I changed my mine in not hiring him and called to get my refund back and went to another lawyer. He returned all my calls immediately to receive my refund and now that we had the other lawyer I wished I had hire Mr. Breston! more

I am in the United States in an H1B visa. I was charged with assaulting my wife, Mr. Breston was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss my case after I finished domestic violence counseling. I am now able to renew my visa and will not be DEPORTED. more

Mr. Breston is a good person. He charged me to try and prevent charges to be filed. The case turned out to be easier than he had anticipated so he refunded half my money. more

Mr. Breston helped my son tremendously! He spent a lot of time explaining to him what he needed to do. Although my son was guilty of possessing marijuana and driving drunk, Mr. Breston was able to convince the state to dismiss the marijuana case and place him in the divert program. more

I have been working with David Breston for about 5 years now. I first hired him for my immigration issues i had with my student visa. Him and his partners are very great people to deal with and they are all very friendly. We never had any communication issues or any other kind of problem with David Breston. At the moment, he is helping us with my wife's DWI case and so far the experience with the law firm has been perfect as always.
