First hand I will say with the Ben Sissman I talked with about personal and financial issues, he was professional and very courteous. The process was not complicated. The office staff were also most polite.\r \r I also once referred Ben to a customer while I was cutting her hair at Goulds Styling Salon. Ben helped her and she was releaved from the concerns. more
