Disappointed 6/20/2013

I am very disappointed in anthony nunes, my supposed prior attorney that I had to fire. I found out that there was a court appearance that he never notified me of and that I was supposed to attend. Mr. Nunes also missed the appearance. The court rescheduled the hearing, but I am upset that he hid his misake or negligene from me and that he didn't tell me ab out the hearing I had to attend. My new lawyer did a brilliant job. more

Do not hire this immigration attorney 6/17/2013

Talk about dragging feet, Anthony's lack of knowledge of immigration law shows with the sheer amount of time it takes him to do anything. When your loved one is suffering in a detention center time is of the essence, and Anthony doesn't have the experience to appreciate that - always quoting more time needed for "research," but with all the experience he claims to have, surely no research takes that long. He kept quoting that our loved one would be in the detention center for a year or more, that his case was "so complex," we fired Anthony, hired a new attorney, and our loved one is now being released in a matter of weeks. Please take this review to heart, your loved one deserves better. more

I cannot get Mr. Nunes to return my calls or meet with me. I call him all the time and he puts me to voice mail, but never returns my messages. more

Missed appointment 3/29/2013

I had an appointment with Mr. Nunes at the Lazy Dog Cafe to prepare for trial. Mr. Nunes missed the appointment and we had to go to trial unprepared. more

Attorney forgot facts of case and appeared unprepared 2/20/2013

This attorney stumbled to remember the facts of the case and tried the patience of the Judge. When the Judge asked him questions, the attorney kept telling the Judge "I don't know." more
