There is never a good time to get a lawyer. Either you, a family member or friend is in trouble with the law, there is a divorce, child custody issues, etc. My family and I have been so fortunate to have had Joe from Davison Legal in our corner. Joe is a caring, aggressive and intelligent attorney. His staff members are top notch. Joe’s office represented me in a messy child custody case. His advice to me was spot on. My ex-girlfriend was able to get a PPO against me by making false accusations. The court let her get a PPO without having a hearing or anything! After I received the papers, I met with Attorney Sefa and he filed an objection to the PPO. We had a hearing and Attorney Sefa was able to show the judge that my ex-girlfriend had lied about everything. The PPO was dismissed that day! more

I retained Davison Legal to help me with a Medical Power of Attorney. I had a surgery scheduled for the following week and I wanted to make sure that I had all of my affairs in order – just in case something happened.
