I reccomend asking for Danny Coleman. He is the main attorney at the firm and the most experienced. I just finished up a bankruptcy case with Danny's help. I discharged (no joke) over $90,000 in old IRS taxes and probably over $70,000 in old business credit cards and dozens of collections. You need to make an appointment for followup meetings, but that was easy. I never had a problem getting a call back, but if your case is complex, you will need to go into the office to see them. Danny was kind enough to see me on weekends because I had to travel a lot during the week. Overall, very good experience and very happy with the results. more

Very satisfied. I was using another law firm in the area and was just not getting anywhere. I brought my case to Mr. Coleman and he helped me take an impossible situation with a divorce and custody and within a couple of months we had a signed divorce settlement. Stay away from this attorney as he is a major headache! I retained him for my divorce case In January to no avail. First, he never communicates with you after the initial consult. He uses his paralegal stating this is more cost effective. After I fired Mr. Coleman (in October) and sought advice from different attorneys, I was advised no attorney should have their paralegal talk to the client about his/her case. That is ""ridiculous"". Secondly, Mr. Coleman never fully explained my parenting plan, child support worksheet or advised I had to attend a mandatory parenting class before my divorce was finalized. Third, his office communication skills are beyond awful to say the least. When my wife's attorney attempted to call him numerous times he never returned calls and his office ever told them I was not rep by their office after I signed the let of rep!! Fourth, his billing practice has flaws in it as well. On a few occasions I had to dispute my bills I was receiving because they failed to give me credit on a past bill/payment etc. Finally, Mr. Coleman did answer my phone call/emails when I terminated him but it was too late then. Mr. Coleman will continue to bill you and do nothing on your case if you let him. To make matters worse my divorce case was simple with the only issue being child support owed. Thank God I terminated this clown! I also made a formal complaint to the State Bar of Georgia and Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. His BBB rating is “F”. more

I have been using Attorney Coleman's law firm and services since 2005. Very satisfied, and find it hard to beleive any honest reasonable person would have any problems with their services. Mr. Coleman has even went so far as to come by my business and home on weekends to help execute documents and move things forward -- and only charged half what I would have expected. The rates are ver reasonable; I know a few others that have had a good experience also that I referred to him. Pros: Very Knowledgeable On Business Issues Cons: None so far. more

I can highly recommend this law office for divorce work and bankruptcy. I had both, first the divorce, and then the bankruptcy. Their rates were a little higher than I had seen other places, but their offices and service was a lot better than my previous divorce attorney. And they were a lot closer since I live in Roswell. Ms. Coleman had me come in every weekend for a month to work on my case uninterrupted. Mr. Coleman were recommended to me by my uncle, who did a business case using him. My ex-husband had signed my name to several credit cards and when his mortgage business went bad - he could not pay the credit card bills and they started threatening to bring me too Court. My divorce case worked out good and the bankruptcy was discharged a few weeks ago with no problems. Pros: Very nice and works on weekends Cons: Rates are a little higher than some more

It is with much regret that I post such a negative review on someone's business. However; I feel as if it is my moral and community responsibility to inform others of the unethical and non-professional services of Mr. Coleman and his staff.\r Please don't take me wrong; I take ""Full"" responsibility for making the ""Poorest"" choice I've ever made when I chose Mr. Coleman's practice to represent me. Mr. Coleman came to me as a referral and I could not be more dissatisfied. Unfortunately; I along with my family have paid a ""high"" price for choosing Mr. Coleman to represent me in our legal representation. I realize that Mr. Coleman will respond and ""discount"" my review as a careless and irresponsible client that didn't follow instruction. This could not be further from the truth. Mr. Coleman took our money and continues to take it even though he has been legally ""removed"" from our case. If you choose Mr. Coleman as your legal representation you can count on him taking your money....once payment is received he will ""never"" take the initiative on any aspect of your case. He will never return your call. He will not even respond to your email request. In fact the only way that I was able to get a response from him was to have him ""Fired"" from our case. I also heard from him once I legally reported him to the State Bar of Georgia. What a disgrace that Mr. Coleman would lower his standards to ""prey"" off of the fraility of others. I fortunately have come to know several other attorneys in the Alpharetta area that uphold strong principles and the utmost integrity. Mr. Coleman is not one of them. He should have his credientials removed from him and he should Dis-Barred. He is a Dark Tarnish on his profession. If you are contemplating using him...ask him who are his professional peers/friends? He has few if any. I strongly caution anyone considering utilizing Mr.Coleman for any representation. What a Shame and Reproach Mr. Coleman is to his profession.
