The law firm was able to complete my transaction in a expeditious fashion. I have acquired a few investment properties over the years and this is the first time a transaction has been completed in such stress free fashion thanks to Paul. I finally have some one on my team. Cannot wait to get my next property and utilize Mr Sarcona's services. more

I have purchased and sold many properties through the years and I was never quite satisfied with my attorney experience until I met Paul Sarcona. He has been the best attorney I have worked with, and I have worked with several on Staten Island. I wouldn't even bother calling another attorney I will only use and recommend him. Call him, you will not be disappointed! more

Pleasant Experience 5/15/2012

Purchasing my first home was such a pleasant experience. Mr. Sarcona took time reviewing and explaining everything I needed to know about buying a home and taking out a loan. As a nervous first time home buyer I was put at ease by Mr. Sarcona and his amazing staff. He has reasonable fees and has flexible hours...definitely an attorney worth looking into. more

Great Experience 1/22/2012

Paul is an honest and reasonably priced attorney. He helped us coordinate one of the most difficult times in our life which was buying and selling our home in two different states. He was knowledgeable and responsive to all of our needs. We call him for all of our legal needs even though the closing has long since past.. more
