I was misquoted twice about the cost of the policy which I found out after receiving my bill that the first misquote happened. I called the office. They found a way to get it back down to what I was quoted but it was a different way, then they misquoted me again. I have been a happy customer of State Farm (different agent) for 20+ years with 5 vehicles with them. This incompetence and lack of attention to detail has me very upset. I would expect to be treated better as a long time customer. I expect my insurance agents word to actually mean something. That is not the case with this agent. Now to look for an insurance company that cares about its customers.
