Lauren Home Fine Furnishings

I recently purchased a cabiinet from Lauren home. The doors on the cabinet were crooked and I have been trying for weeks to get customer service to call back. I will never shop here again. Ethan Allen is so much better in terms of customer service. There are better places in Albuquerque to shop for furniture. Don't shop here! more

If you enjoy being lied to about delivery dates and having to make a lot of phone calls, this is your place! If not, save your time and hard earned money. Go somewhere else. You have to work at getting a 'B' from the BBB! more

Really beautiful furniture store here in Albuquerque. I ordered a sectional 6 weeks ago and it was just delivered yesterday. It came out so pretty. Karen was very helpful pulling the fabrics together - now I have a one of a kind living room that is beyond words. Thank you more

We had a great experience investing in our mattress today at Lauren Home. Don Ivy, the mattress manager, asked us a ton of questions to find the perfect one for us. He really cares that we are getting the right one and not just trying to sell us a bed. He told us we would have it in 2 weeks and we did. He said it would change our lives and it has. We have had our Serta for over 3 weeks and we have never slept better together. more

My husband and I had a great experience at Lauren Home. Our furniture was just delivered and I had to go onto the web and say how happy I am with our new living room. Really nice looking - my neighbor came over while the delivery guys were still here and could not believe how great the sofa fabric turned out - completely custom and one of a kind. Here's follow up to the Lauren Fine Furnishing's in Albuquerque debacle - On Monday I call for Michael (of Lauren) to follow up on the order. Michael is their inventory person. I was told he was doing inventory and would call me back that evening. No Call. I call them back and was told he'd call me no later than 10am the next day (Tuesday). No call until 5:40pm. He told us he had tracked the package and it would be delivered Wednesday. Of course, he'd call us. No call. Wednesday night we call and he says it's on their truck that it will be in on Thursday. Of course, he will call us. No call. Friday 1pm we pay Lauren Furnishings and Michael a visit. Michael comes from the back room....IT'S A MIRACLE! It was JUST delivered! In fact, while we were standing there it was delivered. He hands us the package (mistake) and we depart. Just because of who I am I get home and track the package....it was delivered exactly a week earlier. YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING! They sat on the package a WEEK and lied. I can't imagine Lauren Fine Furnishing will remain in business when they lie, screw up repeated orders, don't return calls, make promises they can't/won't keep and just don't care. There hasn't even been an apology! I won't do business with them and I hope you won't either. They don't deserve your trust and hard earned money. more

Excellent drapery design in our home. Heather and Judy came out to measure and chose the perfect fabric for our rooms. Would highly recommend this store. more

Craig came out to our home and measured out our living room. He helped me pick out our fabrics for our sectional as I drug my husband into the store. Craig got my husband involved and we really had a great time with something we were dreading. The sectional is stunning as are my new draperies Craig and Heather designed for us. This is by far the best furniture store in town. Tackling the kid's room next. more

We got our living room delivered a couple of days ago and the room is ready for Christmas now. I am so exicted to show it off. I need to work on the curtains next. Our designer at the store was Craig and he did an awesome job pulling the room together for us. My husband may win out on the mattress first. Anyway, a really good experience at Lauren Home more

I really like this store. I have purchased knick knacks in the past here, but they just delivered our sectional and end tables and it changed the entire room. Linda was my Designer and she did a wonderful job putting the room together for us. more

We are new to Albuquerque and have looked for several weeks to find anything in this town. I saw a Lauren Home ad on the news and checked it out. This store is by far the best store this city has as far as furniture goes. more

My husband and I have visited every furniture store in this town and finally found this gem. Beautiful furniture and friendly staff. We custom ordered a sofa and two chairs. They were just delivered and they look amazing. The delivery guys were very polite and were on time. more

my son recently came back from a two year deployment in iraq . his only request was a new bed so we went shopping for a new mattress and box spring to suprise him . we noticed a lot of commercials in our area for a lauren home and we went there to find a mattress. we met a man named don who was very pushy and arrogant and reeked of cigars , don was no help at all , he told us that if we didnt buy his mattress we didnt care about our son , military or our country, that is when we had enough and started to leave we left our number to have the owner call us so we could talk about our terrible experience in the store and tell him that the don guy was way out of line. we never recieved a call from the owner and we purchased his new mattress from mattress firm. they were respectful and helped us in a way that made us feel we had made the best decision and even threw in a military discount. my son is now looking for a whole house full of furniture and too bad lauren home blew it. my son has told his friends on base as well as people he knows about his parents shopping trip and warned them about this terrible store. don't even bother to go into this dump. more
