I gave them a second chance after they ruined a sport Jacket two years ago. They recently ruined a laundered shirt and took no responsibly for it, even though it was obviously burned and ripped by a too hot iron. I took the shirt back to the store and to 2 other dry cleaners and they all agreed that the shirt was damaged by a hot presser. The manager, Ara, looked me in the eye and gave me 3 different excuses why the shirt was damaged -- first it was deodorant (which I don't wear), but when I pointed out the 3 other damaged areas outside of the underarm area he changed the cause to a bad color dye. When I pointed out an area that was ripped he said it was because of a bad weave in manufacturing. The shirt was new and only laundered twice before. I've lived in this neighborhood for years and will go out of my way to turn neighbors away from this company. Pathetic.
