Bad customer services 7/29/2009

I always go there because i lived accross the street, but then the guy who is taking care that place is very rude. There times that i put money in the machine and didnt work so i complain to him after i load the rest of my clothes. he says why i didnt call him right away. He make me feel that im lying for that freaking $1.50. I always have more than 10 loads. I spend money there so i have right to complain. Aside from that there is no enough ventilation to that place. Its very hot and You would feel soffucated. more

Cheap and does good job, sometimes closes early, only accepts cash 11/28/2006

This place is inexpensive and they do a great job on my clothes. The two problems I have are they only accept cash which can be a bother (although the 7-11 next door has an ATM). Also, twice I've shown up expecting them to be open, but they were locked up. Both times were within an hour of closing, both times the OPEN light was on, both times it was completely dark and locked up inside. Bummer. But I still use him because he is cheap and good. more
