I brought in about 7 dress shirts to be pressed, two of which were my bosses. I only wanted them pressed and not dry cleaned but I was told it would be more expensive to have them just pressed because they would have to do them by hand. The collars were all crumpled, there were starch stains(I asked them not to use any starch), and they stamped my name with ink on the inside of each shirt. My boss nor I were very happy because all the shirts were pretty expensive. Pros: Not having to go back. Cons: Make the mistake of going there in the first place. more

HORRIBLE!!!!! These guys, calling themselves Star Dry Cleaners, are unbelievable! All they care about is making money, no matter what! \r \r When I brought my fiancee?s expensive shirt to dry clean, they lady at the counter expressed concern regarding some ornaments on the shirt. I was ready to take it back but the guy behind her said ?No, no, it?s ok, we can do it!? So I left the shirt. When I got it back, it was completely ruined. The color was gone and the ornaments were all twisted and bent. Completely un-wearable! \r \r All they said was, ?SORRY, IT HAPPENS!? When I asked for compensation they said that I can take them to court but they won?t give me any compensation, not even the money I spent for the job! I would not go to these guys even if they were the last dry cleaners on earth! Take your chances? Pros: Can't think of any Cons: They care about money, not about your clothes. more
