The fact that the city contracted Last Chance to pass out tickets when they do not even follow the law is reason enough not to re-elect Ballard - Ballard is giving away our water, parking meters, everything to his buddies. Buying from their auction is like buying from gangsters who ripped off your neighbors. more

Illegal Tow 6/1/2011

My car was towed by Last Chance in Nov, they had no business towing my car, I have called to speak with the owner, left messages and never received a call bk. MY next stop will be Small Claims Court. more
