Last Chance Clearance Store

Yes, there are bargains to be had at this store, but nobody has mentioned that is is about the same quality -- sometimes WORSE -- than Goodwill! I was shopping at Last Chance today and the merchandise was JUNK, stuff a homeless person wouldn't even accept for free! Dresses had huge holes in the fabric, one shirt had an entire sleeve torn off, jeans were soiled and shoes were so well worn that they had holes in the soles! This stuff is nasty, and they want you to pay $40 for a pair of shoes that somebody else has had their stinky feet in! Disgusting! I'm sorry, but brand names just aren't worth this poor quality merchandise. Save up your money and go buy a nice new item at a department store. more

Yes the bargains are great, but check all shoes or cloth for defaults, This was my first trip to the Store and i lack the know how of " Bargain "shopping. I brought home two pair of shoes they do not fit Next time i will do better........ more

I have been shopping here for years off and on, and I always find a treasure. My first real bargain was a formal ball gown- $5. It was originally $700. So what was the problem? Well, I am plus sized, so my options are a little different than most. But also, the dress had been damaged when the control tag was taken off. Since this was a full gown, noone could even see it. Today, I watched 20 women battle over a rack of swim suits. These are risks you will take here. the lines are long, everyone is really aggressive, and the fitting room line is forever. But today, finding a silk Jones of New York shirt, in my size, and in perfect shape for $5 makes it all worthwhile. more

Calling all bargain shoppers! Last Chance Bargain Shoes and Apparel is the place where all of the returns from Nordstrom's get taken. The items have been returned for a reason and a lot of the stuff is in terrible shape. So, when you go, be willing to dig through shelves and buckets and racks upon racks to find that 1 or 2 items that are like gold. It is name brand merchandise and there can be some stuff that is in good shape. Make sure you like the item and are willing to live with the flaws, because they won't take returns. Best buys to date: a brand new Kate Spade purse and Doc Martens (when they were in). Happy shopping! more

You will have to really dig and spend some serious time here to find a great deal, but you will find one, especially if you are looking for good deals on shoes. I have bought a few name brand pairs here for rock bottom prices and have been wearing them for years. The lines are extremely long and the place is generally a mess from all the digging by bargain hunters but you will find some good stuff. more

Last Chance is a bargain hunter's paradise or worst nightmare, depending on how you look at it. They carry seconds, floor samples, and returns directly from Nordstrom's. They have a large selection of shoes in all the great names that Nordstrom's carries. However, you must shop carefully. Shoppers tend to get very excited here, and if you get in the way of a new rounder coming onto the floor or happen to pick up a pair of shoes that someone else had their eye on, be ready to duke it out. Also, watch out for clothes that are stained, ripped or otherwise damaged, as there are no returns at Last Chance. One other word of advice... don't even think about trying anything on, the changing room lines are much too long. Smart shoppers go in sports bras and biker shorts and simply find a convenient corner to slip into. more
