Tony, the contact for Laser Repair, has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen.\r

Called out Laser Repair to fix a printer. The first technician came out and said that a part needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and he returned to install it two days later. After installing it, the technician said that that did not fix the problem, so he had to order an additional part. Two days later a NEW technician came out and questioned why these parts were ordered when they were not the problem to begin with. He informed that in order for the printer to work correctly, he would have to order a THIRD part. He suggested just buying a new printer instead of throwing money at this one. \r

I called Laser Repair, and got hold of Tony to question the multiple charges on on my credit card and to return the parts for credit, seeing as they did not solve the problem and my printer is still not repaired. Instead of trying to make it right with me, Tony wanted to slam Tech #2 for making the suggestion of just buying a new printer. I made it clear to Tony, that it was a GOOD thing that this tech pointed me in the right direction instead of continuing to charge me to fix a beat up printer. Needless to say, Tony was not willing to look at the big picture and take care of the customer. On top of that, I can't return the parts. What kind of business model is this??? Hire us to do a job, but if we don't do it you still have to pay.\r

Do not use this company. Laser Repair and Tony are not looking to take care of you, the customer, they just want to gouge you for as much money as they can.
Cons: Would rather gouge you for repair, than suggest buying a new
