I think that your staff is not very knowledgeable of prices before the service is preformed. As a senior on a fixed income your price to close our house for the winter was 2 time...

The whole experience, from the first call, through the initial visit and follow-through, to the completion is made so easy and pleasant because of a high level of competence and professionalism. The only item of improvement would be clearer itemization of charges on invoicing. more

Highly recommend to anyone in the area! Customer service second to none!! 10/7/2016

Lascko responded to an emergency in my home within 1 1/2 hours (including a one hour drive) and stayed there until the issue was resolved for the day (flood from my kitchen to my basement). The follow-up was even more incredible. It took about a month (because the had to use dehumidifiers and fans for that long) and my place was back to new. more
