Welcome to the Lasata Senior Living Campus. Our Campus is comprised of: Lasata Care Center, a 140-bed skilled care nursing home; Lasata Crossings, a 60-unit Residential Care Apartment Complex assisted living facility; and Lasata Heights, a 60-unit apartment building for independent seniors over age 62. At all Lasata facilities we offer a safe and homelike environment throughout our continuum of care campus. Our dedicated staff and diverse programming ensure that we provide services with respect and dignity while maintaining individuality for each person we assist and care for at any level throughout their stay, whether for short-term rehabilitation or long-term. We offer a full range of services for the elderly, chronically ill and disabled, whether it is support and encouragement in our independent apartments, assistance and supervision in our assisted living facility, long- term total care or short-term nursing home. Lasata Senior Living Campus is owned and operated by Ozaukee County and we are governed by the Ozaukee County Board of Supervisor's-Health and Human Services Committee. Because we are publicly owned we understand our responsibility and duty to be responsive and accountable to the general public as well as those residents, tenants and families we so proudly serve.
