Las Vegas Exotic Car Rentals

\r Hello everyone,\r \r I rented a red Lotus Elise with Las Vegas Exotic Car Rentals in January 2012, and it has been a fantastic experience. Not only do they offer fair prices, but the services I got from them has been outstanding. The staff is extremely professional, and has bent backwards to accommodate me: I loved the car so much that I decided to rent it for another full day. I called at 4:00am, got an answer my 9:00am, and the adventure continued. They also picked up the car at our hotel, which was extremely convenient.\r \r At some point, I needed assistance: a valet had messed up the door handle and my girlfriend and I had to evacuate the car through the roof :/ ! I immediately called Mark and no later than 20 minutes after, he came in to fix the issue. And off we went again, for another day of pure bliss.\r \r I enjoyed it so much that I decided in June to renew the experience once more in September of 2012, this time bringing my brother and his girlfriend to ride along. We booked the 2 Lotuses :D. Although we've had some issues regarding our own insurance, being from Canada, the staff has shown great flexibility. I have been dealing with a gentleman named Dave, and he diligently when through about 20 pages of policy to confirm that we could indeed use it in case (God forbids) something was to happen to us. \r \r Dave always answered my questions in a thorough manner, was very polite, and very transparent regarding the transaction. So far, his service has been nothing short of stellar.\r \r We are very excited to renew the experience with them on September, and I will post another review to let you guys know how things went.\r \r In the mean time, I absolutely recommend Las Vegas Exotic Car Rentals for their great cars, fair prices, and great service.\r \r Justin more

Decided to go with them after seeing bad reviews online for Dream Car Rental.\r Apparently they never got the online rental form I filled in on their website, but the car was still available when I called after I'd made it to Las Vegas. (Although I missed out on their online twitter coupon, which might have been the reason they 'didn't get' my online reservation).\r \r I rented their 2004 Porsche C4, and the owner delivered it on time and was quick with the paper work. The car had a fair bit of wear and tear including a squeaking steering wheel and badly abused 2nd gear, but really not all that bad considering it was a 6-7 year old rental car.\r \r We drove out to the Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam, with some amazing driving on nearly empty roads in the VoF. Highly recommend the drive even though it's over 100 miles round trip.\r \r In the end the $410 final bill was very reasonable and I totally felt I got my money's worth. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or rent from them again. more

Called them and reached a guy driving in his car. Didn't like giving my credit card number that way... but no biggie. When the Hummer arrived - exactly on time at my hotel, I assumed it could seat 7- it couldn't. The guy immediately arranged for a larger upgraded Escalade which arrived 40-mins later. The nav system's DVD had been stolen apparently, so that didn't work. (Apparently that and Lambo registration paperwork are the most commonly stolen items) Couldn't have been easier... left the vehicle in my hotel's valet parking and left them a message for pickup. Had a great day... Pros: Very good customer service... good vehicle Cons: Nav system wasn't working more

My company was filming a commercial and needed a few exotic cars for the shoot. They brought the cars I needed right to the shoot location, not to mention the cars looked perfect and very clean. The cars made the shoot look so incredible that my client signed another three shoots with my company. Thank You Vegas Exotic Rentals! Pros: very helpful, great service more

I made a booking (from Australia) to hire a Corvette for a friend's wedding present. The booking was a simple process and the manager (Gina) happily answered all my questions before paying. A couple of days prior to the rental the particular Vett I reserved, had some unforeseen mechanical issues. I was contacted immediately & informed that Gina was getting in touch with the honey mooners to let them know what was happening. Not only did Gina quickly rectify the problem, she went above & beyond by extending the standard rental period and another Vett was delivered only a couple of hours after the scheduled time. As I was (obviously) in another country and couldn't really follow this up, it was refreshing to have a business such as this exceed expectation and deliver what they promise (and go beyond) especially after they had my money! will definately be renting from them next time I'm Las Vegas! The company called me as soon as they realized that the Ferrari would not be available, 2 days prior to rental, and upgraded my rental to the Lambo. The car was immaculate and drove like a dream. They dropped the car off at my hotel, early. Paperwork was simple. When we were done, we just left the car with the valet and the company took care of the rest. Was explained the 'mandatory full coverage insurance policy' to rent their lamborghini. They had to explain it because they didn't (or maybe they wouldn't?) provide any insurance documentation at the time of the rental. I didn't feel comfortable taking the car because of the lack of documentation... they threatened a full rental charge for not providing 72hrs cancellation notice... so I ended up taking the car.\r \r 2hrs later some drunk backed into the lamborghini in the parking lot. LasVegas Exotic Car Rentals loaded my credit card with charges the moment they found out the drunk had no insurance. They didn't wait for my own insurance company to become involved - even though I apparently had this 'mandatory full coverage insurance' policy that they verbally sold me.\r \r This company SEVERELY misrepresented their services. Three months later, I am still in a dispute to recover approximately $8,000 USD from these crooks. Cons: Altered mileage, misrepresentation, crooks! more

Rented the Lotus Elise and was able to get a free upgrade to the BMW 645. Service reps where very nice and car was in excellent condition. Will rent from again. more
