Great Location and Friendly Service 6/22/2007

I've stayed at this wonderful inn several times while passing through Santa Fe on business. The entire staff is really friendly and accommodating, and the casitas that I've stayed in are very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the showers never ran out of hot water. I caught a hot week in Santa Fe, but all casitas are airconditioned and cool. The free Breakfast is really yummy. You must try the waffles!! It's in a great location. Santa Fe's historic downtown plaza is just a stroll away. I am definitely going to stay at this establishment again....and again. \r Pros: air conditioning, hot showers, comfortable beds more

Plenty of Atmosphere and Privacy 4/11/2007

I recently stayed in a casita that I found charming. It was very clean and roomy, with a magnificent king bed that was utterly comfortable. The weather was cold and rainy, so I used the fireplace one night. It was easy to get a fire going, and plenty of wood stacked there for that use. I also used the gas heat, which came on quickly and warmed my rooms. \r The other casitas were full of people, but I rarely bumped into anyone. The staff was friendly and efficient, and whatever I inquired about they were right on it and got it done. They were also very helpful in making suggestions on what to see and where to go. Breakfast was provided in the lobby every morning, but get there before 10 am - that's when everything starts to run out, and it takes a bit of time to get them refilled. Pros: Ambience, service Cons: No views more

Dump! 7/15/2006

This place is really a dump. The rooms do not have air conditioners (and it gets to 100 degrees during the day). There is no hot water in the morning to take a shower. The curtains are so shear you can see right through them. The only positive element to this hotel is that it is clean. If you are looking to ""rough it"", then maybe this would be a good choice, otherwise, try one of the other establishments. Pros: clean Cons: no air conditioners, poor air circulation, unpredictable hot water more
