I went and picked up 4 orders for my coworkers. They would only give me one tiny 1 oz container of salsa. They pointed to the sign that said one salsa per customer. I explaine...

Staple in my house 1/2/2010

Homemade tortillas and chips. The salsa and guacamole are tasty. I always order rice, beans, cheese, salsa burritos. more

Best Tortilla Chips Ever! 11/20/2008

So the service isn't great. You can't beat the prices, and their food is delicious. I recommend a Bean, Rice, and Cheese Burrito with no salsa, and lots and lots of tortilla chips! more

Horrible Service 9/23/2008

I went and picked up 4 orders for my coworkers. They would only give me one tiny 1 oz container of salsa. They pointed to the sign that said one salsa per customer. I explained that I had ordered for 4 people. They wouldn't budge. I demanded a refund and asked them to re-ring the orders as 4 separate checks. They actually went through doing this instead of giving me the 3 other salsas the easy way. What a joke! more

Great Basic Mexican Food 4/13/2008

We are take out customers of Las Golondinas. There are only a few tables. The food is really tasty with large portions. It is great for taking home good Mexican food for the family. more

  • Established in 1984, Las Golondrinas is a family-owned restaurant that maintains a location in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. The restaurant serves burritos, nachos, tacos, appetizers, soups, salads, fajitas, chimichangas and quesadillas. It also offers flautas, enchiladas, tostadas, belleno and beverages. Las Golondrinas works in affiliation with several charitable organizations, including the Rotary Club, Boys and Girls Club, Women s Club of San Juan Capistrano, Knights of Columbus and Girl Scouts. It offers full-service catering for parties and functions, such as anniversaries, special events, and family and social gatherings. Las Golondrinas employs a staff of more than 50 individuals..
