We were craving authentic Mexican food and found this place online. A gem in the rough. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and limited parking. When we entered the restaurant, a group of seniors were leaving, our first thought was so-so food. Inside there are comfortable and clean tables and booths. Very polite and efficient servers. The food- chips and 2 salsas, green-not too hot and red- nicely spiced, almost a smoky flavor. Great tasting queso fundido. I had the special - taco and enchilada, rice and beans. The beans obviously were homemade, no cans. Not greasy, very flavorable. Rice nicely seasoned with corn. Taco had shredded beef, not overly seasoned, just great tasting meat. Comes with iceburg lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Menudu on the weekends. We wanted to return every night this week. A 10 on our list!
Pros: Great food, price, service
Cons: parking
