ok so my little brother is an inmate, and even though we buy calling cards. the phone calls never go through he is only 18 years old and he gets locked up for petty crap, im sorry the newport police department in northern ky sucks at training their officers, common sense guys... (""Taser, and dont cry when my brother takes down 4 of your officers... its called stay in training and lose the doughnuts and bacon"").... Amendment 1 of the United States Constitution... Freedom of Speech. And another thing for the Newport P.D my brother gary, doesnt fight unless u throw the first punch. i think i hear god telling me it was police brutality. LCDC is a decent place. Visiting was alot nicer than L.KY and the wait was actually quick. The guards are much nicer than Louisville!!! L.KY could learn something!!!!!! Cant wait to see my baby.... Pros: Secluded Cons: Close to home... more

I HEAR THAT LARUE COUNTY HAS THE BEST CLASS D PROGRAM FOR STATE INMATES AND I MUST AGREE SOME OF THE PRIVALAGES THAT THE INMATES RECIEVE ARE JUST THE RIGHT ONES TO MAKE A PERSONS TIME A LOT EASIER AND COMFORTABLE JUST BECAUSE YOUR LOCKED UP DONT MEAN YOU HAVE TO BE CUT OFF FROM THE OUTSIDE WORLD, THANK GOD FOR CALLLING CARDS OR MY HUSBAND COULD NOT EVER CALL HOME. tHANKS LARUE COUNTY. more
