Professional, Courteous and Engaging!! 8/10/2017

My experince with Larson Toyota began with JJ, a wonderful new salesman who took me out to test drive the new Rav 4... not looking to purchase that day, I drove down auto row and ended up at the used lot to test drive a Jeep Rubicon, Greg greeted me and in short order sealed my decision not to purchase a Jeep due to back issues. I ended up purchasing a Nissan Murano from Greg that day.. he was a jewel to work with - very personable and engaging taking into account my needs and personality. Cal was comfortable and fun to work with in closing the deal. I would recommend this dealership weather you are looking for a new or used vehicle!! Thanks everyone for such a wonderful experience!!! more

identity stolen 9/21/2014

I bought a car from this dealership. While filling out the finance paperwork we told them to only run it through BECU. We were told they had computer problems. Within a week of buying the car all of my store cards locally started being used. The person went to macys, lowes, best buy, and set up a bew phone line at at&t. I was able to find out that even though I was physically at the lakewood location my credit was run through larsons deslership in federal way. The person who stole my info went to stores in Tacoma and Tukwilla. They used a picture of my license and all the info provided when they ran my credit. more

Great deal!!! 12/31/2013

GREAT dealership 4/3/2013

We bought 2 brand new cars from there within the past year. just ask for drew. he is amazing he will work with you in getting you in the car you want for the right price he really went above and beyond to help us we went in there and he was off that day so they called him and he was there within 15 mins . also the dealership is really nice, and the vehicles are really nice. the financing guy is really nice too and helped us out alot more

General Manager did a great job working with us! 3/30/2013

We had an excellent sales man working with us whose name is Joe Stroeberger. My wife and I went to Larson Toyota of Tacoma and everyone was nice and polite. They were very concerned about our needs. We bought a vehicle, but later returned the vehicle. The General Manager Tom Todak took care of our situation. He worked with us to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Larson Toyota of Tacoma if you're in the market looking for a new vehicle. more
