Sometimes a customer cannot be satisfied, this is my case based on the comment ""Unfortunate business dealing. Bob at I.F. and I had worked on a couple of brochures previously, everything went fine, no problems. I.F. came back to do a third brochure, the time table was drawn out and after 2, 3 and 4 rounds of AA's the Larson Group had to bill for the additional time I.F. was made aware and refused to pay for the additional AA's. The case was settled in small claims and I have moved on but it is obvious that I.F has not. This job was done back in 2006 and I.F. is still using the material produced, must not have been that bad after all.
