DO NOT HIRE THIS LIAR, THIEF,CROOK and all around HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR!!!! My husband and I hired him to do work all he did was take our money, never finished the job, left us owing subcontractors. He got $33,000 from us and in ten months still had not finished the job which should have taken normal contractors no more than three months. He tried to use cheap materials and even installed a sample window in my bathroom, that is where I finally drew the line. I can go on and on have pictures and cancelled checks to back up,every statement I've made! We had to hire another contractor to finish and it is gonna cost us $20,000 more just to finish and repair the mess this idiot made. Found out he told subcontractors that we never paid him so they weren't getting any money. I have a list two pages long of repairs that need to be made due to his shotty work. Ask yourself why does he have a F with the Better Business Bureau and why was his license revoked for 5 months for violations on eleven different properties. Don't be like us please do your research before you hire anybody to do work for you. Bottom line DO NOT HIRE LARRY WALLACE! more

Do not I repeat do not use this man he's a liar and a crook and a theif ! Was paid a year ago to put a roof on have called called and called when you do get him he's coming never comes ! Put a roof on for mt neighbor leaks leaks leaks won't fix it ! Finally got him threatened him with BBB and TV channel promised to bring roof after Christmas ! Christmas has come and gone no roof no money again another lie ! He will be turned in we will get rhe roof materials or money or his business will be turned in to BBB.! Again do not use him ! Oh this roof was not for me but my elderly In laws ! more

In or around August 2011, we hired Mr. Wallace to install a new roof, flooring, kitchen cabinets, interior doors and trim work. The job was never completed and the work was shotty - at best. We had never used a contractor before so we had no idea how any of this worked. Because the local Lowe's Home Improvement Store knew Mr. Wallace, we thought we would be safe hiring a local man to do our repairs. We could not have been more wrong! Mr. Wallace left our house key in our mailbox for his workers to have 24/7 access to our home. The workers used our personal tools and supplies without permission and left our place in a mess! Not one part of the work Mr. Wallace was hired to do was ever completed! Our roof leaks and is improperly installed, the flooring was never completed and improperly installed, and the list goes on and on. Like the previous post, if we complained we were threatened that Mr. Wallace would come and take our roof off, have his painter call us and pass on threatening messages. Horrible HORRIBLE experience!! more

Do not hire Larry to do any work! He promised to start a certain day and didn't actually start until 3 weeks later. Every day I would have to go around and pick up garbage from the workers. They would show up and work for 3 hours and be done. I was told that the edging only came in 6'pieces, which was a lie. I called the manufacturer of the metal and found out that if the workers didn't put down a vapor barrier it would void the manufacturer warranty. We had no vapor barrier down. When I brought this to their attention I was given an attitude and was told that they would take down the roof, they would keep it and we would still have to pay them! \r We are first time home owners and this was the first big project we have done and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of work and the attitude we received from this company. We will NEVER hire them again! more
