Be Careful; They won't honor their contracts 6/10/2006

We bought a car from this dealership and they agreed to fix the scratches on the car. We have taken the car in four times to have them fixed since we got the car 11 months ago. They go through excuse after excuse why they didn't get them done in the time we gave them. We finally took it to the general manager at the dealership and he told us that they had to be fixed within 30 days. I explained that we brought the car in within that time and they didn't do it. He flat out told me that he didn't care and that the contract says 30 days so the only thing we can do is sue them.\r \r You may read this and think that I am just some crazy customer, but I urge you to think twice before you buy a car there. They will offer you a lot while trying to get you to buy from them; they will even put it in writing, but once you try to hold them to it they do everything they can do avoid doing it. \r Pros: They are very friendly at first and will make a lo Cons: Once you buy the car they won't honor their promis more
