I bought a vehichle and they tacked on extra cost after we agreed on a price. WQhen I went to another agency to take out a loan, they refused to rebate me some VTR billing. On teh dauy I both teh truck, they called it something close to lifelock. When I came to get my money. it became vehicle thief recovery. Well I paid the loan off BEFORE my first payment was due and they refused to return the money. These are not honorable men. more

i bought aFord from these guys. I was lead to believe I was getting some extras to close a deal. They put the cost of the extras in my final price. I called and left messages with Jason and his boss and nobody returned my calls. They have no customer service after the sale. I am going to have my 2 week old truck refinanced elsewhere. DON'T believe these guys when they say they are honest, fair, and accommodating. Once you leave that lot, you are just another victim of their misleading information. more

I want to thank Will and the rest of your team for treating my wife and me with so much respect. I never felt any pressure to buy. We will be back the next time that we need to buy a new truck. I have told a number of people that when it is time for them to buy a new car or truck, that they should check out Larry H. Miller Ford in SLC. more
