They worked with me on prices, vehicles and options until we found the perfect match. If I ever purchase another vehicle I will go back to them, and I highly recommend them to everyone. I've had a really great interaction with everyone there in the service department. Not having purchased my vehicle with Liberty, but having a Toyota, I take it there for all major maintenance. Being in the military, I work long hours and getting there is sometimes a hassel, but they've always worked around my schedule and situation (offering a rental car for repairs taking over 2 hours so I can get to work). I also am eligible for a 10% military discount on all services completed. While some of the repairs they recomend for routine maintenence I do go elsewhere to have completed (brakes, lube, etc.), I have never gotten any pressure or grief about it. I had to let the world know about the great experience I had at Liberty Toyota. For over a year I had my heart set on a FJ Cruiser and patiently waited until I had the resources to actually go and buy the car...my first new car in years. But I kept putting it off because, frankly, I did not want to deal with the whole thing...the salesman, the dealer, I just wasn't up to a hassle over price charges for this and that, add-ons, etc. etc. But with nudging from my better half, one day I took a deep breath and prepared for battle. What a great surprise. Steven Moore met us, took us for a test drive, brought us back to the dealership, and from that point forward, the experience was like a gift. Steve led me through the process, explained all the details of the FJ, what was included and not, no hype on anything! I made decisions, we spent time on the financing, that went beautifully, and I drove out of the Liberty Toyota lot with my prized FJ. Everything has been great at this dealership. I am in the military and have enjoyed my time with this dealer. The best I have ever worked with. Great waiting room with drinks and free wi-fi. Keep up the great work! You may think about a military discount. Colorado Springs has a connection of about 85% for population to the military. I make it a habit to return to places that give me a military discount. more

We have been very pleased with the service that we have received over the past few years from Paul Reed. We trust him to only suggest services that are required and he always helps us find the best deals for these services. Pre-paying for 3 oil change/tire rotations is a great deal, especially since our vehicles are inspected by Toyota certified pros each time. more

Salesperson, Paul Stetler, was very knowledgeable about his product! (In my experience, too often that's not the case.) He seemed to really focus on the vehicle that would best meet our needs. I really appreciated him showing us how everything on the vehicle operates, what each button is for, and setting up the bluetooth for my phone. The rest of the staff were also helpful and friendly. Showroom was clean and uncluttered - very pleasant! more

Our Camry had the driver's seat stuck in the full forward position. Atkinson Toyota in Bryan Tx told us it could not be moved back nor fixed and the entire seat unit would have to be replaced at a cost of $2128.24. They also said they could not move the seat. We opted to drive back to our local Toyota dealer in Colorado Springs. We explained our desire not to spend $2000+ on a 2003 vehicle with 149,000 and asked them also if there was an alternate fix. They got the seat to operate again with the warning to not put it in the full forward position for a $100 charge. It was pushed forward originally to retrieve something from under the seat - possibly beyond the normal realm - no one drives this close to the dashboard. We will be recommending this dealer for their honesty, talent and ability to listen to the customer. Thank you, you have earned not only our future business but also our trust. more

We purchased a 2008 Toyota RAV from Liberty Toyota through Steven Moore, salesperson. He was great -- he is very knowledgeable and informative and has excellent techincal knowledge of Toyota vehicles. The negotiation was painless and with no pressure, making our whole Toyota experience pleasant and a great value. We recommend him highly. more

Best dealership I have ever been to. I would not normally consider purchasing a new truck, but as a result of the resale values on the Tundra, knowledgable sales staff, friendly managers and relatively quick finance process, not to mention finance incentives, it made perfect sense for me.
