This is the WORST place!!! I am so incredibly sick of it here! Where do I even begin?!?! Well, when we moved in, the assistant property manager Maureen (the person who showed us the apartment) did not inform us that they were going to be renovating the entire place TWO WEEKS after we moved in. When we confronted her she said that she didn't know. BS!! How could you not know about a renovation of 9 buildings! When she said that no one had told her about it I thought to myself, 'then why are you a person of authority at this place'? Once the construction started the crew shattered one of our windows into our newborn sons crib. Thank god he wasn't in it! And of course there was the earth shattering drilling that they were doing. Then the roof leaked all over our brand new furniture that we got 2 days after the window incident! We had nasty brown water that leaked all over our expensive furniture and my laptop. They tried to soak up the water, but our rug still smelt so bad we had to get rid of it. My husband spent a lot of money on that rug and of course the people of Larkspur shores never replaced it nor did they get back to me about my reimbursement for my laptop that I had to have fixed. They shut the water off weekly without notifying us and even if they do put a notice on our door, why in the hell are they shutting it off weekly!?!? Sometimes two times a week. Every time I call the office to ask why it is off AGAIN they always say, ""oh, your water is off? let me find out whats going on"". Keep in mind that I have an infant while going through all of this. Look, I could go on and on and on, but I will just tell you that this is such an aweful place! The staff is terrible, the apartments are totally overpriced and NOT great. We are looking to get out of here before our lease is up. Do yourself a favor and RUN!!!!!!!! If i could give it negative stars I would.
Pros: across the street from a great brewery
