Mr. Shibata worked with me from day 1 to answer all my questions and get me what I wanted. He e-mailed me all through the process to let me know when my car was produced, what the VIN# was, when it arrived in the US, when it arrived in Florida, and again when it arrived at the dealership.\r

On my first visit to Largo Honda, I met the General Manager Rick LeMaire ( I hope I spelt his name correctly) who was so gracious to make sure that we were being well taken care of, and on the day I picked up my new car, the Finance Manager took his time to explain everything that I was signing.\r
