Never use this company 10/8/2008

I was told it would take 3 days for an estimate, 6 days later I called them, they had no anser for me .I called two days after that they said it was being currently being worked on. Hadn't heard so 5 hours later I called they said it was still in pieces because it wasn't a software problem. Three days later I went in just to get my laptop back it was sitting on a shelf no one called me, nothing...oh and it was a software problem. these people lie, have terrible customer service, and act like you are inconveniencing them. VERY POOR SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY OVERPRICED. 2/21/2008

I will never use this outfit again. They're terrible. They didn't stand up to their estimated timeframe (missed by over two weeks). They quoted two different prices (forgot they quoted the first time) - and both were overpriced. Once they have your machine, you're at their mercy, and they take full advantage of that. They didn't return phone calls; and the person that called the shots was very hard to get hold of once they had my machine. He was never there when I called during normal business hours. I highly recommend you stay away from this company. BC Pros: They did a good job of creating a presence on the internet (i.e. google searches) Cons: Terrible service. Don't adhere to estimates. Overpriced. more
