Brought my car to have the clutch replaced, my timing belt replaced, and my AC fixed. About $1600 before tax (I supplied parts for the timing belt and the clutch). It took about 2-3 business days and I got my car back.
The car was running, however, the A/C was still not working, my previously working cruise control no longer works, and my steering column was broken (the switch for windshield wipers coming off the steering wheel). I proceeded to bring the car back and inform Karen and Greg (employee and owner) and they confirmed that they would take the car in.
The next day, Karen gave me a call and told me they won't fix anything and attempted to promptly silence any more concerns I had. This call became extremely disrespectful and it was some of the worst customer services I've experienced. The previous day, they had no problem telling me in person that they would fix what they broke.
It cost me $100 in parts + labor to have my AC fixed at this shop, now I have no way to get my money back and I have to commute with broken AC, no cruise control, and a broken steering column. But if it wasn't for the terrible phone call I had received, this review wouldn't exist.
I would not recommend this location AT ALL under any circumstances, they overcharge, take no responsibility, and have very emotionally unstable customer service.
