I can't begin to tell you what a difference coming to see Dr. Hagerty was in comparison to the VA Dental Clinic?? I felt like part of the Family the minute I stepped in?? Everyone was happy to see me and called me by my first name rather than my Title Name??They paid particular attention to making sure I was comfortable & explained everything they were going to do?? Ty & Dr. Hagerty were friendly & especially attentive to all my needs?? Thank-You for making me feel so special!??RAY more

Although going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things, Hagerty Dentistry always makes it a pleasant experience. I love the people there, and how they treat me. I plan to go back and get more of the recommended work done on my teeth before the year is out. more

I was an emergency patient with the worst tooth pain, I was eagerly welcomed with a nice comfortable feeling and the wonderful kind caring receptionist, she helped me with some paper work and I felt like I had known her all of my life. I was escorted back to the exam room and then I met dr Hagerty, wow so very nice and truly a gentleman I felt totally at home and now I am looking forward to completing my dental journey with all of my new friends that really care! My tooth ache did lead me through the right door. Did I mention how clean this facility is? Sincerely more

My experience was amazing! I have intense anxiety over getting numbed! Dr. Smith and Lisa were an awesome team to have by my side. Their respect and attention to my needs, as well as their calm energy was what I needed. I haven't had a "good" experience at the dentist... ever. This was a good experience. Everything was fine. The wait was long, but staff was friendly and took care of me while I waited, so it didn't feel like too big a deal. I was a little uncomfortable with Dr. Hagerty giving me a hug at the end of my treatment and stroking my hair and patting my shoulder occasionally. I'm not a very touchy person and I barely know him, so it felt inappropriate and uncomfortable to me. I'm sure he's a very nice guy, but I'd like my relationship with my dentist to be more professional, and less personal. That would make me more comfortable. more

Staff is so very friendly and Lindsey was a great hygienist - very gentle. Dr. Smith is personable and helpful. My teeth are in great shape. Only one small problem. We have to remind the billing personnel that we are Dr. Smith's patients. We are billed incorrectly and have to have that corrected even though our records have been flagged so this problem won't persist. more

I was told by staff that Dr Hagerty went out of his way to provide his female staff with Thermal Mammography. (At a mammo center)What a sweet and generous thing to do being a mammographer myself. He seems like a great man more
