Very fast turn around 4/20/2017

Had to have my summer tires put as one of my snow tires had become flat due to a tear. The Lang team took me in and turned it around in less than two hours. Amazing service every time. more

Awesome service! 4/20/2017

When I brought my car in, I was nervous. I'm very new to Brookfield & I've had the same mechanic for yrs. When I walked into Lang's, I felt comfortable immediately! They actually listened to me instead of assuming they new right away what the issue was. I got the call the next day that my car was ready. He explained in detail what the program was & to baby the car (2000 Malibu). He really went over everything. No other mechanic has ever been so thorough! I willn never go anywhere else! more

had to use the towing service due to our vehicle breakdown, I received fast and friendly service from the Answering Service and the employee (Chris) that came to tow the vehicle. Dave called the next morning and told me what needed to be done and the cost. satisfied with Lang's and the way I treated. more

Water pump leaking - fast repair. 4/2/2017

I needed to get a sick relative's car fixed quickly. It was leaking a lot of fluid. I called and Langs let me drop off the car that evening. They called me at 7:15am the next morning with a quote. The work was done by noon and the price came in less because it turned out the drive belt was still usable. Very nice surprise to have to pay less than the quote! This firm is honest and does good work fast at a reasonable price. I'm a very satisfied customer. more

Care - Customer - Confidence 3/31/2017

The mechanics at Langs Auto care about the quality of their work and thoroughly check the cars under their care. Customers come first and customer satisfaction is their goal. Lastly if the mechanics say that your car is good - you can have confidence knowing that they have checked the car for any problems or possible future problems. I am impressed when they find something small like a screw or nail in one of the tires that hasn't shown any sign of going flat (yet). Great place for service! more

Teriffic service 3/4/2017

I went in for an oil change and and found out I will be needing a 100K tune up shortly. So while it was at Lang's I gave them permission to do the items that needed taking care of so I wouldn't have to come back in a few months to have the items fix anyway. Thank ALL!! more

I have been coming to Langs for some time now. They have always provided great service and are friendly. They give the honest description and work with you if you have questions or concerns. When we moved to Brookfield, I was concerned about auto repairs and how most shops are. But Langs took that worry away. more

Always going the extra mile 1/5/2017

We had an on/off again engine light and we didn't know what it was. The gang at Lang's did some digging and found, even though it was an odd code, were able to give us a GOOD idea what it was. We have to wait and see if the engine light comes on again. more

Attention to Detail 12/7/2016

I thought I had heard a noise in the front end of my car. Langs Auto put the car on the lift and checked the front end. Not finding a problem, two experienced mechanics road-tested the car at different times just to make sure that everything was solid and safe. This is attention to detail at its best. The people at Langs Auto care about their customers and the quality of their work. I am confident that my car is getting the best service at Langs Auto. more
