Worst

When the phone is busy all day and email scheduling does not show on the service dept, there is no way to communicate. This is VERY poor customer service/

From start to finish, Langdale Hyundai of South Georgia's customer service and quality of car care not only meet my expectations, but greatly exceeds them. They even provide follow-up to check behind themselves. The staff and technicians are always warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish they could train other customer service and service workers. They sure know how to deliver!!! more

I have been a Hyundai vehicle owner since 2007. The Hyundai dealership has always stood out above the rest in Valdosta. I've received professional, friendly customer service as a prospect. I have also been treated as a valued Hyundai vehicle owner with receipt of emails, coupons and surveys. I enjoy the staff at Hyundai dealership from the salespeople to the service department. more
