Wait times are long here, but that's because Dr. Smith truly takes his time with every patient and always wants to explain everything and make sure he answers every question you have. THAT IS a caring Doctor!!! Idk what Lisa is talking about; one receptionist doesn't make the whole practice a sham where you shouldn't bring your children if they become injured! I found her review not to be very detailed on actual reasons why if she cares to elaborate? Don't let her review deter you. Every receptionist was nice to me while I was there and Dr. Smith is a nice person. He came highly recommended from every hot Las Vegas girl I know.\r more

Not only is he a pleasure to work with, but his staff is wonderful, as well. I was greeted openly and with a smile constantly, making for a seamless experience until I walked out the door. Everyone in the office has such compassion for the patients. If or when I decide to receive another procedure, another surgeon is not even a thought. Dr. Smith exceeded my expectations and will always be my first and only choice!\r more

DR. Lane SMITH is a RUDE surgeon. I had some concerns about my breast augmentation results with him and he denied my concerns and feelings.. He acted childish concerning my scars, he never told me to massage them in order to thin them out and on my last post op appointment with him, he blamed me by yelling at me saying I'm not doing any good about that.. It came from nowhere! I was telling him how my left breast feels hard and uncomfortable when the right breast feels soft and like my own. I told him also that the two breasts have noticeable different shapes and sizes and he kept denying it.. At the end of the consult he was impatient with me and said you should go bigger on the right one (when I told him the right one wasn't the issue) and he left the room unexpectedly and left me there half naked wondering if it was time for me to get the f*** out! Never saw him again never will never would recommend him! more

I am so thrilled with this doctor and his staff. He went above and beyond my expectations and I will never use anyone else. I am so grateful he was recommended to me. I had interviewed several high profile surgeons in my area and was, by far, the most comfortable with Dr. Smith. He is down to earth, but even better yet, he is METICULOUS in his work. I would recommend Dr. Smith (and his genuinely caring staff) to anyone!\r more

My experience was AWESOME!!! Dr. Smith was great from the start to finish, including his entire staff & anesthesiologist. I was referred to Dr. Smith through a friend and coming from Hawaii, we don't always have the best & most affordable options...I was shocked by the costs comparison from Dr. Smith to my rip off surgeon in Hawaii...Dr. Smith is definitely a perfectionist & very, very thorough. Like others said, he gives you his honest opinion and gives you what you want. I had an infection prior to breast reconstruction & I was jus seeing him for a consultation & he gave me medication to handle my infection, even without being a current or previous patient...THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE & AWESOMENESS!!! They are worth taking the trip from Hawaii...I will be back ;-)\r more

I have had two procedures done with Dr. Smith Lane,MD ...I had breast aumentation and tummy tuck....So pleased with the great customer service the nurses attend you and receptionists as well.....As well so satisfied with procedures done....Recommend friends as have as well had done procedures with the doctor as so satisfied with results...If decide to do another procedure done I will definitely go back to Dr.Smith Lane ,MD no matter if anybody else recommends me another doctor I wont change mine for nothing.....So satisfied with results!!!! Dr. Smith did a terrific job on me. It is unusual for a guy to need to go to a cosmetic surgeon, but Dr. Smith treated me with total respect and took care of my issue quickly and professionally. His follow-ups were very good. The results are terrific. I can't recommend him enough.\r more

When I was sitting in the room waiting to see Dr. Smith I was so nervous, I was not sure how I was going to disrobe as I was used to seeing all female doctors. When Dr. Smith entered the room I was overcome by his demeanor and it brought a lot of peace to what was a very stressful situation for me. he spoke to me as I was a person rather than just another patient, just another procedure. I was so thankful for his gentleness and compassion to what was a very embarassing siutation for me. He took his time making sure I was aware of all the possibilities that could happen with liposuction. I had expressed to him that I saw another surgen that basically said my situation was hopeless and I needed to accept my imperfections, I was so upset by this. He had faith that he could improve my situation, I was so elated to hear him speak and put my mind at ease. I did have surgery and it went great! I am so thankful for everything he did for me, he gave me hope that perhaps with him and effort on my part I reach my goals and not have to settle with the parts of me that were flawed.\r more

Amazing!! Doc was great! His staff is first class! Everyone very professional, attentive and compassionate. Great results! doc is truly an artist..he puts 100% into his work..he really cares about quality..you have to do your part as well..this is a procedure that you cannot sit down for two weeks if you do it will ruit it.. it takes work on and commitment on you part. I bough a huge floaty sat on it all the time or was on my stomach..its a little tough but so worth it..I love my butt!! the boys do too!\r more
