I lived here for 2 years. Management staff is very unconcerned with tenant's needs. Took them 7 weeks to get a repair request to maintenance. By then I fixed it. They completely ignored other requests like broken toilets or bad thermostats..
The walls are thin. Neighbors can be loud. There is only 1 road to access the city. It was built in 1974; so there are few upgrades. You can find comparable housing for the same money. You might even get things fixed in a timely fashion elsewhere. But if those details don't matter to you, WELCOME HOME!
