Land View Landscape

Where ever I move in the valley, or however many houses I buy, Landview will be my lawn design and maintenance company. Let's start with the basics--I have the greenest yard on the block! I swear they come out everyday to mow, cut, trim, clean... whatever needs to be done. Whenever my trash cans are on the street, they move them to the garage for me, eventhough I have never asked--WHO DOES THAT? They automatically ""winter-ize"" my exposed pipes and delicate trees in the winter; automatically adjust the sprinklers based on the time of year; not a weed or fallen leaf in sight... I could go on and on. I know some of the workers by name, and not only is Ann, the owner, extremely personable, she really knows her stuff; I've asked A LOT of questions, and she has never responded with ""I don't know."" Also, sometimes I have some ""bad ideas."" Like, plant suggestions and placements that wouldn't be best for our desert living. Instead of just saying yes for the quick buck and the replacement later, she is not afraid to tell me when a bad idea is bad. Simply, the best! more

I just read the last review, and am pretty flabbergasted. Not my experience at all. From start to finish, they were professional, on time, and always returned my calls (and i can be a bit of a pain!). When my wife and I began our job, we had a vision of what we were looking for. The drawings that they came back with were more comprehensive than we could have imagined. The job was started fast and finished well within the time that i was promised. And when it was done, WOW was all i could say. Our yard looks amazing. i would never use any other landscaping company EVER.... more

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE...I don't usually post reviews, but this time I had to. I was in need of major landscaping and renovation around my property. I called LANDVIEW LANDSCAPING. Someone actually came very quickly which was good. He said he was the general manager for the company. We walked around my property for 30 minutes going over what I wanted to be done. He said, no problem, and that he'll make some drawings and schematics for me so I can see if I'll like. He said he'll e-mail me in a day or so. 6 days passed and no word. I called the guy back and he didn't even remember me. Finally he did after 5 minutes. He said he was too busy and forgot about me but will have drawings and a quote for me by morning. Well, another 5 days passed and no word. This time I called the owner, Anne and spoke to her directly. I asked her ""Are you looking for jobs and are you looking to make money because I have a job that would cost several thousand dollars and you guys can get the contract"" . Anne said...'yes for sure we want the job"". Then I told her that her general manager has been brushing me off and she acted surprised and said she will talk to him right away and get back to me within a few minutes. Well, ladies and gentlemen, that was 10 days ago. NO ONE ever got back to me. I live in a beautiful gated community with huge houses. I wanted work done that would have made this company thousands of dollars and I just got ignored. Maybe they only know how to mow grass so when it came down to doing any actual landscaping, they ran away. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. more

Reading the message from the owner I decided to call for an estimate, no return call so I emailed my question. Also no return call or email. I guess they are just like all the other landscape companies who don't return calls. I wonder if they show up for appointments? more

I love working with this company! I can always reach Anne she must live on the phone she is the owner and each and every time I have a question or a concern she is on it! Land View put in my backyard it looks terrific! Land View also takes care of my yard each week and they do a wonderful job I cannot say enough great thing about this company!! Pros: Anne and her crews are just terrific!! more
