After dealing with the frustrations of other generic repair shops, who were unable to resolve any of the issues with my vehicle, I booked an appointment with Land Rover. Not only were they able to resolve ALL of the issues with my vehicle in what seemed like no time at all, my technician, Jeff, was able to very easily describe to me exactly what was causing the issue and how he was able to make the repair. Jeff was able to explain everything so simply that I didn't feel like I was a burden to him when I asked him a question. This unexpected, but very much appreciated, act of customer service was the complete opposite of any previous repair experience that I've ever had, where every conversation with a staff member seems like a sales maneuver. \r

Very happy with the Land Rover staff and will be requesting Jeff the next time I make an appointment.
