Horrible!! According to the reviews on here Maybe if all I needed was some minor electrical work or drywall patching Lanco would be fine. We had Norm do some painting, trim work and install a hardwood floor, all of which must be redone. The following is just a short list. Plastered walls and trim but did not sand, just painted over mounds of plaster and did walls in two different colors, as if he got a gallon of the wrong paint and didn't want to return it. The floor he installed has 3/4 inch gaps and is uneven, the wood transition strips were nailed in place (who does this?) and were split and left with nails sticking up. While installing the transition strips our bathroom door jam was busted out at the bottom and all the door jams were cut over an inch up from the floor leaving large gaps. The holes for the floor vents were cut way to small and have to be re-cut for vents to fit. The base trim in the one room was not cut to allow the closet doors to be installed, the trim now has to be removed and cut . The crown moulding was caulked and was smeared over an inch out onto the textured ceiling. We hardly ever seen Norm and he supplied no oversight to those doing the work. Lanco may be suitable for patching nail holes and installing light switches but beware for any work requiring skill or organization. If anyone would like pictures of this shady work let me know.
