two problems: The communication method for the appt reminder/lab results. Its very inappropriate to tell a patient in a folded and stapled card that her pap results came out negative. Anyone who gets a hold of that card can read the inside of the card because its only stapled shut. No envelope. No seal. the second problem is the manager/supervisor. Interesting to read someone else has a complaint about her. I expressed my concern about receiving a card and said that I felt violated. She became defensive and said patient's have never had an issue with the card method. She was talking and looking at me as if my request and my feelings about it were the dumbest thing she ever heard. Where is the patient privacy when I receive my lab results in a stapled card???? more

The office manager, Sharon, is rude - arrogant attitude, not friendly and professional at all, hung up patients' phone calls, and blamed to customers. Horrible customer services and awful personalities. Avoid this office! more

After interviewing with two other OBGYN practices, I couldn't help but fall in love with this place. These doctors are very down to earth, nice hand shake, look at you in the eyes, listen to what you have to say, ask questions, and are very friendly. During my pregnancy visits I was seen alternating doctors so all three of them were familiar with me and my pregnancy. The staff always had a smile for me and treated me very well. I really like this practice and reffer them to all my friends. I had my first child delivered by Dr. Jimenez (Krebs now) and coincidently my second child was delivered by her as well. During the first pregnancy I had some issues with a fibroid. My doctors were very thorough on their exams and I was closely monitored during the third trimester. My baby was born with the umbilical cord around the neck, but my doctor made it all seem like normal routine and the delivery was as smooth as can be. My second pregnancy I was over 35 and again, they explained all the proceedures to me as if this was my first pregnancy. The birth was a breeze and I was able to pull my baby out. It was wonderful. I am very grateful I had them to guide me through my pregnancies and nowadays I still go to the practice for all my gyn needs. more

I received appropriate care from the physician and felt her interactions with me was fine. However I was put off by her attire. I am not accustomed to seeing a physician in flip flops during the delivery of medical care. My main complaint is directed at the office staff. When I went to check out I just started to explain the physician instructions regarding my prescription. The staff member immediately held her hand up to me which I interpreted as ""shut up."" She then got up without explanation and walked away from me. I was then approached from behind by another staff member that immediately went into a tirade about how their practice does NOT fill out mail order forms. When I read the bold print on the form that stated re-orders need to be completed on this form and must be faxed by the office, she proceeded to tell me the form was wrong and she knew my insurance better than I do. Despite informing both women that I was offended by their treatment all it got me was having to stand there along time while both of them walked away from me. I was eventually checked out -minus my prescription form being completed. At this point I cannot get my medication unless my PCP is willing to take on the responsibiity of managing my oral contraceptive needs. The entire experience was severely tarnished by staff members that are clueless on how to deal with the public. more

I have gone to this practice for some time. The last time I went I had a new physician who was dressed very carelessly and wore an odd shade of nail polish. Worse than that, she appeared to have not read my chart and was very disinterested in engaging. She came into the room for my exam (meeting me for the first time), made no eye contact, no friendlness...I felt like a piece of meat on an assembly line. I felt extremely ill at ease and unsure about her professionalism. I began going to this practice because of its branding as women treating women; however, I would rather have a PROFESSIONAL male or female rather than any female physician. As a result I have switched practices. more
