Service appointment 3/16/2014

Very willing to work with me on the time for service so I didn't have to miss work. Very polite and accommodating. Generous with snacks, drinks etc. They explain what they've done. An enjoyable experience. more

Problem 3/14/2014

had a problem with my car. Called service manager. He told me to bring car right in and problem was fixed in about 15 minutes. Saved the day for me!!! more

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET 3/6/2014

i am extremely happy with HYUNDAI that if I ever decide to purchase another car, it will only be from HYUNDAI. Visiting from out of town under duress weather conditions, my car got a flat late on Friday. Destiny was able to work with us to provide a "loaner" not usually done on weekends, so that we could attend shows tickets were previously purchased for. Then Luis Vela, unbelievable, had the car fixed in a flash and ready for pickup the following morning. Make a long story short, I thought I left my keys in the car after dropping off, when your employees found my DEBIT CARD! I cannot thank and commend your staff enough! They should be recognized! Thank you, AGAIN! more

Very bad experience 2/24/2014

Very bad experience happened which was the fault of this dealership and its lack of customer service in the service dept. Requested multiple times to speak with service dept. manager and was never contacted by him to resolve the problem.Would give 0 stars if it allowed it. more

4-Wheel Alignment 2/17/2014

I scheduled a 4-wheel alignment for my 2013 Elantra. After the alignment was complete I was told that adjustments were made to the front wheels, but not the back because the rear wheels can't be adjusted. We'll, they can, if you want to take it to a frame shop and have the frame manipulated. It would have been nice to have been told this BEFORE the alignment was done. Also, the online coupon for a 4-wheel alignment was only $3 off the regular price. Really?? $3 off is the best Lancaster Hyundai can offer loyal customers? Anyway, I had another issue with the vehicle and the maintenance team was more interested in dismissing the issue than trying to troubleshoot and fix it. ???? more

The atmosphere as soon as you walk into the dealership is great. You really feel at home. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. The waiting room is really clean and well stocked with food and beverages, paper, etc. Thank you for the awesome experience. more

Great Service Great Car 2/13/2014

From buying my car to having my car serviced I always have a pleasant experience. Thanks Lancaster Hyundai. Most businesses these days don't care about customer service. You seem to have written the book on it. I recommend you every chance I get to family and friends. I have one more year and I am going to buy another new car, it will be a Hyundai. My friends always ask me why I buy a Hyundai instead of a Volvo, I tell them because of the quality and great service at Lancaster Hyundai. more
