Customer service is NOT a key priority to The Lamp Factory, Wilkes-Barre. They fail to return phone calls when they say to expect a return call, leaving customers going days (even weeks) without knowing what is going on. When I reach out to them to find out what is going on, I am greeted with rude, sarcastic tones/attitude. They do NOT value their customers, who are helping to keep them in business.
