I went by there today. They didn't accept my dog, but were so super nice to me. They helped me get in touch with a locator. Everyone else has been no help at all. more

They have get togethers at least twice a month, we have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors. our rent just increased, but it's still cheaper than almost any ofther nice community around this area. more

complete crap! 11/4/2011

Lambertson farms is ""honered"" to have me as a ""loyal resident"" so much so they are offering to let me continue to live here and only jack my rent up my $171 bucks! Are u kidding me!' I've lived here for over 2 years and this is the crap the pull'' I can guarentee them that I will be going to their office tomorrow and giving them my 60 days.. what a joke this place is. It ain't all that. For $1335 a month ill just move to broadstone across the parking lot, atleast u get your moneys worth there! Imma gonna put this place on blast for the piece of ---- that it is!!! more

Nice area, Nice apartments but... 4/30/2007

Management has changed so much that it's hard to keep things straight or handle issues that aren't "current" to the New office staff. Also, it seems that they are now allowing almost any losers that can pay the fast increasing rent because it's obvious the community is going downhill fast! \r Too bad. Great apartment bad staff and loud!!! 9/26/2005

We love our apartment here because we have a nice lake in the back but the weekends and nights can get pretty noisy. The ceilings are paper thin so you WILL hear your neighbors walk and so forth! The staff can be extremely rude especially a girl named courtney. Nice place to live but seems to be getting worse. Rent is in the $700-900 dollar range a month! more
