On the weekends, they do a large group platter with a number of different dishes you can sample (they do a smaller one other times). You get a very large platter, covered in injera (flatbread) and the foods are placed in little mounds about the platter. You also get a basket of injeratear off a piece and scoop up some food. Utensils are available upon request. The foods are simplelentils, collards, chicken, beefbut the tastes are exceptional. Try the tiramisu (Italy invaded Ethiopia in 1935, remember?). Its exceptional. One word of caution: take a few beanos beforehand.
